SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME
All items are print-on-demand, meaning they are printed specifically for you once you place an order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & TIMES
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the product and destination. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after production. Carrier and delivery estimates can vary by product and destination.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Orders are currently accepted for United States delivery only. A flat Standard Shipping rate is displayed and added before payment in Stripe Checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
DELAYS & YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND
While most orders arrive within the estimated window, production or carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your order is delayed beyond the stated 5–14 business day delivery estimate, contact us at info@defendthenw.com and we will investigate with the carrier and print provider. If a delay cannot be resolved or continues, you may choose a revised delivery date, a replacement, or a full refund of the item and shipping. We will promptly notify you of any delay we become aware of and provide a refund for any portion of the order that cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@defendthenw.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue.
