RETURN & REFUND POLICY

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@defendthenw.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item (wrong design, size, or color), contact us within 14 days. We will arrange for a corrected replacement at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, before production begins. We hold new orders for at least one hour before approving them with our print provider specifically so this cancellation window is honored. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

To cancel, email info@defendthenw.com with your order number as soon as possible. Cancelations requested after production has begun are treated according to the sizing and non-returnable items sections below.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

SIZING & MEASUREMENTS

Because every item is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Before you order, please verify your size against the measurements below. Garment measurements are taken flat (in inches) and can vary slightly by wash, color, and print provider.

These are approximate, published as a guide only. For exact measurements of a specific style or print provider, email us before ordering and we will confirm before you commit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer's remorse unless the item is defective. Please review the selected size and product details carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, email us before purchase.
